Our story
A Maryland agency, built around a simple promise.
Clearview Medical Services was founded to answer a question we kept hearing from Maryland families: Who can we actually trust in our home? The honest answer wasn't always easy to find — so we built the agency we wished we'd had when our own families needed help.
We're licensed by the Maryland Department of Health as a Residential Service Agency (#R3118), which means our care is delivered under a formal clinical structure with documented oversight. But licensure is the floor, not the ceiling. What sets us apart is who we hire, how we train, and the relationships our clients build with the people who walk through their door.
Today we support families across Maryland with skilled private duty nursing, hands-on ADL care, and consultative staffing for facilities. Whether we're with a client for three hours a week or around the clock, the standard is the same: care that feels like family.
